Sixth House Theatre announced as Lowry’s new Resident Company (2025–2026)

We are delighted to announce Sixth House Theatre as Lowry’s new Resident Company, from September 2025 to September 2026.

We’re thrilled to call Lowry our creative home for the next year. This residency gives us the time and space to explore bold ideas, collaborate deeply, and connect with artists and audiences in ways that will shape our work for years to come.

As Resident Company, Sixth House will develop and present new work at Lowry, as well as offering workshops, shadings and events that open up our process to other artists and audiences. The residency builds on our long-term commitment to supporting artists to experiment, grow and connect through our creative practice.
